If you need to have several users access the Company Database at the same time, you will have to make sure that the data folder (that is: the folder which contains your company database and other files) is accessible to the other computers over the network.

You can do this by moving the data folder to an existing shared location on the network. For example: you may already have a central shared location for your office, perhaps on a File Server or shared NAS drive.

The other option is to share the folder where the company database currently resides:

Open FastManager check in the lower-left corner to find where your Company Database is located:

Locate that folder in Windows File Explorer - then share it to: “Everyone” with “Read/Write” permissions:
